【Test Principle】
This kit uses the ARMS PCR technology to identify genetic mutations within Trichophyton spp.. The ARMS PCR technology involves the design of primers that are specific to the mutation sites. During PCR amplification, these primers perfectly match the bases at their 3' end with the mutated template, allowing for primer extension and subsequent amplification of the mutated sequence. The assay includes amino acid substitutions at Leu393, Phe397, Phe415, and His440.
